Sales & Warranty Policy

Please review our sales and warranty terms below. By placing an order with DFW Furniture Warehouse you agree to the following policies.

Layaway Policy

Layaway is valid for a maximum of 120 days from the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. We will accept changes of selected goods on your order as long as we have not yet received the items from vendors (special orders that have already been placed will not be able to be exchanged after the order is placed with the vendor), and the change that is made must be of equal or higher value. If you decide to cancel your layaway, you will automatically be agreeing to forfeit a 25% cancellation fee of the total sales price or your deposit, whichever is higher.

Sales Policy – Furniture

A 25% fee will be charged on cancellations/returns for normal stock furniture items based on the total sales price. Returns on special order furniture items are subject to a 35% cancellation fee (delivery fees are nonrefundable). If the returned item needs to be picked up from the customer's home, there will be an additional pickup fee. All refunds will be issued by company check. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the items they order will fit in their home, doorways, and entryways. Returns on furniture are accepted for a maximum of 3 days from the date of receiving or picking up the items and must be returned in their original packaging. Custom sofa/sectional orders can take up to 10 to 12 weeks for you to receive.

Sales Policy – Mattresses

DFW Furniture Warehouse does not accept returns or refunds on mattresses, box springs, or bedding products. Mattresses sold by DFW Furniture Warehouse are generally in like-new condition but may have blemishes, scuffs, or cosmetic flaws. They are sold “as-is” and are typically overstock, clearance items, or customer refusals and returns. These mattresses do not include a manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. All sales are final for purchases made by financing after receiving/picking up.

Lead times may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances.

Warranty Policy – Furniture

DFW Furniture Warehouse offers a 90-day limited manufacturer warranty on all furniture sold. Customers are responsible for bringing items to the warehouse for repair, as the warranty does not cover pickup or delivery of items to be serviced.

Warranty Policy – Mattresses

DFW Furniture Warehouse offers a 60-day limited warranty on all mattresses sold, which does not cover blemishes, scuffs, or cosmetic flaws. Additionally, DFW Furniture Warehouse offers a third-party warranty for an additional cost, which extends coverage for up to ten years.
