By accessing our website, visiting our showroom, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Products, Descriptions, and Pricing
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing on our website and in our showroom. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Product availability is subject to change. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust your order accordingly and will notify you promptly.
Colors, finishes, and fabrics may appear slightly different on screen than in person due to monitor variations and photography lighting. We encourage customers to visit our San Leandro showroom at 15063 E 14th St to view products in person before purchasing.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or supply limitations. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and approved financing. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a financing arrangement has been approved.
For in-store purchases, a sales receipt or order confirmation will be provided at the time of sale. For online orders, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided.
4. Delivery and Shipping
We offer delivery throughout San Leandro, Oakland, Hayward, Fremont, Alameda, Union City, Newark, Castro Valley, Dublin, Pleasanton, Livermore, Richmond, and the greater East Bay area. Delivery fees and estimated timelines vary by location and will be communicated at the time of purchase. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. DFW Furniture Warehouse is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or supply chain disruptions.
5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. Our full return and exchange terms, including eligibility requirements and timeframes, are described in our Refund Policy. Please review that policy before making a purchase.
6. Financing
We offer financing and lease-to-own options through third-party providers including Koalafi, Snap Finance, Acima Leasing, Synchrony, and Wells Fargo Financial. Approval, rates, and terms are determined solely by those providers and are subject to their own agreements and policies. DFW Furniture Warehouse is not a lender and is not responsible for the terms or administration of third-party financing programs.
7. Warranties
Product warranties vary by manufacturer and brand. Ashley Furniture, Coaster, Flexsteel, and other brands we carry maintain their own warranty programs. We will assist customers in submitting warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer warranty outcomes. Please ask our team for warranty information on specific products before purchase.
8. Limitation of Liability
DFW Furniture Warehouse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services. Our maximum liability to any customer shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product in question.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of DFW Furniture Warehouse or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
